Goal of the season nominations

As the season draws to a close, here are the nominations for the top goals scored by Team Prodigy over the course of the season.

Goal A: Mick against One Touchables 17th Feb: Mick opened his account for Prodigy with this blockbuster goal that demonstrated his control and poise as he waited for the ball to bounce before unleashing a volley that left the opposing keeper rooted.

Goal B: Bernard against Fireball FC 24th Feb: Bernard did a Beckham as he spots the opponent keeper off his line and unleashed a lobbing shot from near the halfway line and into the top corner of the goal. Until now, no one knew whether it was a fluke or a genius effort.

Goal C: Mick against Assumption 23rd Mar: Prodigy scored against the run of play thanks to this curling freekick effort from Mick that bended over the wall and into goal. Brilliant !! and it set Prodigy on their way to victory.

Goal D: Yiyang against Knv6 25th May: Captain Mavel scored a screamer alas Paul Scholes from outside the box that almost bursted the net and leave the keeper saying after the match: " How to save? "

Goal E: Ali against Knv6 25th May: New signing Ali capped his debut with a brillant individual goal by running from the blind side of the defenders and then finished off his run by rounding the keeper and then putting the ball into the net alas Thierry Henry.
