ESPZEN Sunday League Season 9 Commences

Welcome to another exciting season of competitive amateur football! The league structure for the new season is out. We will be plying our trade in Division 8. There will be 10 divisions in all. Here are some info on the other teams of our division:

a) Team Prodigy
b) Royals Football Club - Finished 5th in D7 and was relegated.
c) Killer Whales Football Club - Finished 6th in D7 and was relegated.
d) KNV6 Football Club - Needs no introduction, our fellow D9 compatriots with whom we had 2 exciting matches last season. Finished 2nd in D9 and promoted accordingly.
e) ESPZEN Primero Football Club - Finished 4th in D8 and therefore hentakaki in D8.
f) British Council Hornets Football Club - Finished 3rd in Sunday Mini League.
g) Vincitore Football Club - New team to ESPZEN, unknown quantity. Might have gained direct admission to D8 due to stylo italian sounding name.
h) Benedetto United Football Club - Another new team to ESPZEN. Also sounds very italian.

Our first fixture will be on this Sunday. Details are as follows,
Date: 20th July
Time: 1pm (Please be there by 12.15pm)
Venue: Clementi Stadium
Opponents: British Council Hornets FC
Attire: Red Jerseys
Please confirm your attendance by Friday night, thank you! The full fixtures for the whole season will be out in a few days and I will update the blog accordingly. The ESPZEN website will be updated for the new season these few days, so do take a look around for more info.
