Our Very Own Lucky Star

As the season draws to a close with only 2 matches remaining, the Actim Index for ESPZEN players has released some pretty interesting statistics on Team Prodigy's players. Team Captain Yiyang Loh has emerged with some truly amazing statistics that stands him out from the rest of the team. A brief summary of our team performance is a total of 5 wins from 13 matches played (including 1 cup match). Loh played in every single one of those victories. This is significant given that Loh has only played 8 matches in total, giving him a percentage winning rate of 63%. This is far higher than the team's winning rate of 38%. With such statistics, Loh is undoubtably Team Prodigy's very own lucky star!

Loh capped off a fine season with another instrumental performance in the middle of park against Assumption Utd today. His pairing and understanding with Long Kun Poh has brought much joy to the team's fans this season. It was a pity that he had to miss a number of matches due to injury and ill-timed examinations, otherwise the team could very well be challenging for the title. Nevertheless, the fans are overjoyed to see him in the starting line-up once again and would expect nothing less from the Captain than maximum points in the last 2 games.

Further statistics from Actim reveal that players that have played every single match in Prodigy's season, such as Ken, Bernard and Jia Hui, have winning rates of 38%. Slightly ahead are strikers Mick and Kel K, both on 45%. Weizhong and Jon have winning rates of 50%, the closest any team members are to Loh's exceptional win rate. CW stands on 42%, Bahrin at 38%, while Long Kun and Kel C are at 33%. Other members of the team fare just slightly lower.

Meanwhile, leading bookmakers have stopped taking bets on Mick ending the season as the Division's top scorer. A Ladbrokes spokesman explained, "Mick's consistent scoring run has made him an overwhelming favorite with punters. Unlike others tt bang in 3 or 4 goals in one match and then disappear, Mick puts them in 1 at a time across all matches. We cannot afford to expose ourselves to any more bets on him." With the incredibly tight final run-in for the only realistic remaining promotion slot, Team Prodigy will hope that the bookmakers are right and that Mick and his striking partner Kel K, will continue to put away the goals for the team. Only then will the team stand a credible chance at ending the season on a high and clinching promotion.
