Did You Know?

Prodigy was nicknamed the Pong Pong Boys in their early days as they used Pong Pong fruits to kick soccer
Red was the chosen colour for their first jersey as most players were Manchester United supporters
Their first match on field was played against a neighbourhood team named A&W in Tampines and there were no touchlines and bags were used as goalposts
Its biggest loss in history was a 11-1 defeat to a CJC friends team in 2001 at TJC field
Prodigy has played over 100 matches on field since its inception in 1998
Prodigy did not have a regular keeper until they joined ESPZEN. The players practised 20min rotation shifts and 3-4 players would take turns to be keeper
Our motto is inspired by VS motto 'Nil Sine Labore' which means nothing without labour
